Many of the cutlery have been classic Norwegian layout from Skaugum and Hardangerbestikk. Nice element. The cafe has many cows milking just for them. As well as the desert was a very nice milk ice cream. The plum sake we had with it had been delicious. On our way back up towards the mezzanine for a
